تأثير زواج الأخوة والأقارب داخل العائلة الملكية من خلال مومياوات الأسرة الثامنة عشر

Abstract:
Through this study, the effect of the system of inheritance of the throne, and the consanguineous marriage within the royal family on the royal mummies of the kings of the eighteenth dynasty through medical examinations. So, the results of the examinations were collected, and through them, the effect of marriage of brother-sister and relatives on them was dealt with, whether by the appearance of some common characteristics or congenital deformities, as the case of the mummy of King Tutankhamun and this effect was distinctly clear on the results of DNA analyzes that were carried out by Zahi Hawass and a group of specialists on a number of mummies, and its results were announced in 2010, which caused a great similarity in the genetic codes of the mummies, so it seemed as if they were Brothers and sisters in some cases, and wrong belief were emerged that the mother of Tutankhamun, who is the owner of the mummy of kv35Yl, was a  full-sister, and wife of the kv 55 mummy that belonged to Akhenaten, Accordingly, Queen Nefertiti and Kia were excluded to be his mother, without any considerations of the effect of consanguineous marriage for more than one generation on DNA, that caused congenital anomalies.

من خلال هذه الدراسة تم تناول تأثير نظام وراثة العرش من زواج الأخوة داخل العائلة الملكية على المومياوات الملكية لملوك الأسرة الثامنة عشر من خلال الفحوصات الطبية, فجمعت نتائج الفحوصات ومن خلالها تم تناول تأثير زواج الأخوة والأقارب عليها سواء بظهور بعض الصفات المشتركة أو إصابة بعض المومياوات بتشوهات خلقية كما هو الحال في مومياء الملك توت عنخ آمون, وقد كان هذا التأثير واضح بشكل مميز على نتائج تحاليل DNA التي قام بها زاهي حواس مع نخبة من المختصين لعدد من المومياوات, وأعلن نتائجها عام 2010, وتبين وجود تشابه كبير بين الأكواد الجينية لبعض المومياوات, فاعتقدوا أنهم اخوة, فدفع باعتقاد خاطئ في أن والدة توت عنخ آمون التي هي صاحبة مومياء kv35Yl كانت أخت, وزوجة مومياء kv 55 التي تخص إخناتون, والذي بناء عليه استبعد أن تكون الملكة نفرتيتي والدته, وقد استبعدت كيا أيضا, بدون أن يضعوا في الحسبان تأثير زواج الأخوة, والأقارب لأكثر من جيل على الحمض النووي, والذي كان السبب الرئيسي في ظهور التشوهات الخلقية.
