ادارة مقومات التراث الأثرى والحضارى بمدينة القصربواحة الداخلة

El kasr city is consider one of the most important cities which lies on the new valley Governorate,Dakhla oases ,it has unrivaled heritage where it has many archeological sites and  variety of arts and handcrafts customs and tradition ,that wonderful heritage needs to preserve and shaded the light on it . 
     In order to preserve the value of sites and Heritage of El kasr city and activate its importance for due to cultural, social, and economic benefits for communities and new generation, I deliver this study which aimed to shaded the light on the heritage of Elkasr city and maintain a plan for preserving .managing, and marketing the heritage of kasr city.
  The study includes the historical back ground and cultural feature for the city El kasr. the study approved the lacks of site management and shortage of preserving and marketing plans. Which is devoted for the area.
 We should raise up the awareness of the importance of heritage to the habitants and communities. and the Government should pay their attention to the Area to enhance the infra-structure and tourism services. to escalate the tourism revenue which comes directly from tourism and make use of these treasure  .
 The study recommends that applying management and marketing plan that includes all issues in terms of management, conservation, tourism development to escalate the tourism revenue and keep the right of the new generation from their predecessor treasure.
 
الملخص:
تزخر منطقة الواحات بالعديد من مواقع التراث الحضارى والأثرى ذات التاريخ العريق والتى تعاقب عليها العديد من الحضارات المختلفة مخلفة ورائها العديد من مواقع التراث الحضارى،وكذلك موروث ثقافى فريد يتمثل فى عادات وتقاليد مجتمع الواحات وحرفهم المشهورة وصناعتهم اليدوية المميزة بالإضافة الى طراز ملابسهم ولغاتهم المختلفة ، ذاك التراث ذو الأهمية القصوى  الذى يمثل مصدرا مهما للدخل ويؤثر فى مختلف مجالات الحياة الإقتصادية والثقافية والذى يستوجب الدراسة والبحث وتفعيل خطة ادارة تشتمل على تسويق وتخطيط وتنمية المنطقة سياحياً لتعظيم الإستفادة من هذا الموروث، ومن بين تلك المناطق مدينة القصر الإسلامية لما تحتويه من كنوز أثرية وحضاريه من مختلف العصور وخاصة الحقبة الإسلامية وما تتمتع به المدينه من كنوز أثرية وطبيعية وموروث ثقافى فريد، وكذلك ما يتمتع بها سكان المنطقة من عادات وتقاليد وما يمارسونه من احتفالات وطقوس سنوية وما يمارسونه من صناعات يدويه ، تستوجب لفت انتباه الوزارات المعنيه لوضعها على خريطة السياحة ووضع تصور لإدارة تلك المواقع الأثرية ومحاولة النهوض بتلك المنطقة سياحيا وتسويقها دوليا حتى يمكن تعظيم الإستفادة من هذا الموروث الحضارى الهام .
