The conflict within the organizations has become a major focus that must be taken care of and dealt with in an appropriate scientific manner, by following the various strategies for its management, and because the existence of conflict within the organization is an inevitable necessity, because all organizations are governed by a network of internal and external relationships that lead in one way or another to the existence of cases of Disagreements and contradictions that develop into a stage of conflict between members of the organization or the so-called organizational conflict, which requires management to possess the necessary behavioral skills to deal with conflicts and use multiple strategies to manage it. Therefore, this research aims to identify the reality of conflict management within the tourism sector organizations, where five-star hotels were counted. In Cairo, which numbered 29 hotels, in addition to a sample (10%) of 1241 Travel Agencies (category A), the study followed the descriptive analytical approach and used questionnaires to collect primary data to learn more about this phenomenon. These data were analyzed and the necessary statistical tests were conducted. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, as well as personal interviews with human resource managers in these organizations.
