This study aims to Measure The Use of the Continuous Improvement Technique (Kaizen) in Egyptian Hotels' An Exploratory Study on a Sample of Five-star Hotels in Giza Governorate. To achieve this objective, questionnaire was developed and distributed on a random sample of guests on Five-Star Hotels. A number of 450 forms were distributed and only 396 forms (88%) were received and valid to analyze by SPSS V.25..Some recommendations have been proposed, The general recommendation is to explore the extent to which Egyptian hotels know, implement and follow the kaizen continuous improvement technique which is one of the branches of total quality management.
